Ok, First off I would like to say Thank you to Raven for his handy and ever so Generous UDK tutorials on You tube + the like to this site. So once again Thanks Raven67854! ![]() Ok, Now on to the gritty and Gruesome stuff They Came From Outer Space, is an Dark comedy take on what if Grey's (Short aliens with Big Heads)Decided to invade earth and conquer man kind. And Man kinds natural Reaction Being to fight back and attempt to destroy the Alien Menace Threatening their planet. I have my list of Inspiration for this game include: Destroy all Humans 1 & 2 (Xbox video game) When Mars Attacks (The Funniest movie in my opinion) Martians! Take me to your Leader (An Card Game by Twilight creations) Enemy Territory Quake Wars and Wolfenstien Enemy Territory ----- The Game Has 2 Campaigns the Grey Campaign and the Human Campaign. Not Ready to Spoil an Surprise! Multi-player is essentially broken Down into Territory capture maps (Example: Construct objective A and Destroy Objective B) with there being 1 to 4 objectives that Randomly Spawn and at the same time are Static. Of course with an Alien Invasion There Has to be destruction and why not make Buildings and bunkers look like Bloody Swiss cheese after an Grenade goes off. As for The Casualty count the Ticket System takes care of that. So for Every Attacker that is Lost in an Charge on an MG Nest The Ticket Count goes down (Like the Battlefield Games) On the other hand the Defenders Gain Support Assets to kill off the enemy. When the Defenders are loosing they loose more and more support assets. Forcing them to rely on Each other than The Support. Same goes for the Attacker. I know this Idea is rather incomplete but It is Still an WIP Feel free to Comment and I will Respond. | |
